She attended Stellenbosch University and Bond University in Australia. She has degrees in marketing/entrepreneurship and an MBA in Finance.

About Leafy Greens

Leafy Greens is a partially raw food, vegan-friendly cafe that opened its doors in June 2010. It shares the premises with Casalinga Restaurant in Muldersdrift, South Africa. The cafe serves plant-based foods, the menu is designed around what is in our garden, what is seasonal and locally available. Food that is sustainable and that has the smallest carbon footprint and that is lowest on the food chain. Food high in minerals and vitamins and in its natural form.

Antonia De Luca
Antonia De Luca, the owner and founder of Leafy Greens Café, is a vibrant and passionate young woman. 
 
Antonia was brought up a vegetarian and has always been involved in the family restaurant business so naturally she was to end up in the hospitality industry, but with a difference. 
 
She opened Leafy Greens Café, a raw food and vegan-friendly restaurant on the organic farm at Casalinga after traveling the USA extensively and studying nutrition and health. She completely the Life Change Program at Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida and visited many raw food restaurants in the USA for inspiration, from this, her café was born! 
 
Antonia is delighted to welcome you to Leafy Greens; a place of healthy, hand-crafted food, a place for healing, and a peaceful escape with fresh air and the outdoors.
