Morning Yoga and Brunch
Come along and join Meghan for a fun flow of Yoga. Meghan first discovered yoga about 6 years ago, instantly she fell in love with it. She loves the aspects of being able to push yourself to your own limits, and for everyone they are different – whether it is physical, emotional or a little bit of both. It is great to see how far you are able to go and grow. Mastering different poses. Meghan completed her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training at Yoga Warrior in 2018.
Be welcomed with a fresh green juice on arrival, an hour of yoga and finish off your morning with a delicious plate from the buffet.
